Bettina Schwalm

Partner & Director for Future Thinking and Foresight, Next Agents

Bettina Schwalm is a partner at Next Agents and director for Future Thinking and Foresight. She is an experienced designer deeply rooted in an interdisciplinary approach, researcher, and lecturer. She lectures on experience design, design strategy, and future thinking as well as writing strategies in universities including Konstfack, KTH, Karolinska Institutet, SSE, CEMUS, KHIO, and Academy of the Arts Munich, among others. She has been affiliated with her research to Konstfack, ArkDes, and the KTH School of Architecture in the department of critical studies and gender theory. She is the director of the Trendspotting and Future Thinking course at SSES (Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship) and is an Industry Leader at Hyper Island. Bettina holds an MFA in Experience Design and a post-graduate degree of Research-Lab at Konstfack. She graduated with honors from the Libera Università di Bolzano in Design.
