As a researcher, Floris van der Marel (he/him) sheds light on the social dynamics in organizations that hinder effective and enjoyable employee experiences and pushes for amplifying alternative perspectives in change-making in organizations. Being a designer and researcher, he uses his set of knowledge and skills to question and facilitate conversations between parties so that everybody is valued and responded to equally.
